The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has announced that the Australasian Consumer Fraud Task Force (ACFT) and the Australian Institute of Criminology (AIC) are seeking consumers' participation in the Australasian Consumer Fraud Taskforce Survey 2012. The survey is expected to provide Australian law enforcement agencies with "a detailed understanding of the experiences of individual victims and what steps can be taken in the future to reduce scams activity".
